Spring Days and a Smoothie

Even the darkest days have an end. Spring is one of my favorites season not only because birds are singing and flowers are blooming. Mostly because we all getting in a spring mood. Whether we have a backyard and spent more time outside, or we only walk, bike with a friend and smell the fresh air. That distinguish this season from all the other season. Lungs filled with fresh air gives us the same amount of energy as the a bottle of 5 hour energy. And fresh air to be outside and has one important ingredient: Satisfaction! Air lets us smile. Take a moment and observe people around you in the spring time and I promise at least two people around you smile or laugh out loud. People come to work with a better mood, maybe only why someone said hi to them while they dropped of their kids at school or like me went on their morning dog walk.
I read in an article, that spring is the season with the smallest complains and claims rate in the world. The tendency that people are likely more outside and want enjoy this season and have no time for complains and claims is three times higher as in every other season. And to be honest, as much as all love the summer, who did not complain, how hot it is and how sweaty we are and the ice for our drinks are out etc.
Spring is a creative time, too. Personally, I have no clue why, but I crave always in the springtime after house made smoothie. So this morning I put on a pastel pink shirt, so I made a pastel pink Smoothie, which you see above. And even I have a handsome hubby. These flowers were from a dear friend and you see it brought a smile on my face to see these colors.
Oh wants to know what kind of smoothie: Oats- Strawberry- Smoothie
1/2 cup rolled oats
Soaked for 10 minutes ( better over night)
1 cup strawberries
1 Table spoon coconut oil
1/4 cup milk or coconut water

And while it is dry outside, I will take my bike today for errands …
Wish you all a great day and enjoy the spring time.
